Bikini-friendly desserts: vegan avocado ice-cream

If you’re an ice-cream fan, but don’t want to cheat on your diet, try this delicious and healthy raw-vegan ice-cream recipe.

Ingredients (for 4-6 servings)
– 2 avocados
– 3-4 tablespoons of lime juice
– 1 banana
– honey or agave syrup
– cocoa, fresh or dried fruit

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a smooth texture. You can then use an ice-cream machine, or, if you don’t have one, your freezer will work just as well. Pour the mixture into bowls, cups or fun-shaped silicone forms and leave it in the freezer for at least a couple of hours.

You can keep the ice-cream for up to 3 months in the freezer, but remember that once you defrost it, you can’t freeze it up again.
